Meet the Experienced Doctors at Delta Chiropractic
Our team of doctors provide over 60 years of experience to each patient’s health challenges. Representing 3 colleges, and a wide variety of focus, we have a ‘deep bench’ from which to draw. We have a wonderful track record in finding just the right approach to make sure you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.
Our team is ready to bring focus on spinal and nerve impact in pain relief, sports health, performance, nutrition, pregnancy, managing the impact of stress, (patient-specific) exercise protocols, and the challenges associated with aging.
We have experience and training in many adjusting techniques, including Palmer Package, Computerized ProAdjuster, Pulstar, gentle touch, and more. We will use every tool we need to get you well quickly, and to build stability into your better, healthier life.
Dr. Charles Roost
Dr. Charles Roost grew up here in Mid-Michigan, graduating from Grand Ledge High School before heading off to Palmer College of Chiropractic. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude and stayed on to complete post-doctorate work as well. After interning in Michigan, Dr. Roost made his way back home to Lansing. In 1981, he opened what would become one of Lansing’s premier chiropractic clinics, Delta Chiropractic Center. While operating his practice, he continued to hone his knowledge with certifications or fellowships from the University of Michigan, the American Academy of Spinal Biomechanical Engineering (for which he served for four years on its Scientific Advisory Board), and the Michigan Chiropractic Council. Dr. Roost is also an author. He is excited about his most current book titled “Lessin the Stressin.”
Dr. Nicole Henry
Dr. Nicole Henry was born and raised in Ontario, Canada; she moved to the United States in 2014, on a softball scholarship to study Biomedical Science at Calumet College in Indiana. She went on to complete her chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences in Illinois. While there, she was the chief intern for her clinician, and focused on practicing the Diversified Technique. She prioritized integrative medicine and excels at finding and fixing the root cause of health challenges. Dr. Henry first experienced the effects of chiropractic care early in life at the age of 13. She was diagnosed with scoliosis and suffered from extremely painful low back pain. As a competitive, teenage athlete, she strived to perform at her best. Her parents took her to their chiropractor, where she was amazed at how chiropractic treatments impacted her life. That life changing experience cemented her passion and dream of helping others live a healthy pain-free lifestyle naturally. Dr. Henry recently moved to Michigan and is very excited to start her career here with us at Delta Chiropractic Center.
Dr. Daniel Dail
Dr. Daniel Dail is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. While there, he was named to the Dean’s list. As an intern, Dr. Dail was one of the few chosen to do a rotation at the Veterans Hospital in St. Louis. During this rotation, he was part of a team consisting of a variety of other physicians and health care professionals. Logan Chiropractic College is known for its outstanding rehabilitation training, as well as its top-notch core chiropractic curriculum. Dr. Dail has extensive experience in these and related fields. He was a massage therapist and personal trainer prior to attending chiropractic college. Dr. Dail adds an impressive combination of chiropractic adjustments with rehabilitation screening and specific exercises which allows each patient to get better quicker and stay better longer.
Dr. Carl Zies
Dr. Zies grew up in Waterford, Michigan. He attended Eastern Michigan University in 2012 to pursue a degree in Health Administration. He then decided to further his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He was the clinical teaching assistant for his staff doctor in the Palmer Moline Clinic. After graduating, he practiced in Davenport, Iowa before moving and practicing in Grand Rapids. Dr. Zies’ first experience with chiropractic care was as a new student at Palmer. Just prior to moving to the Quad Cities, He and his family were in a major car accident. He tore the labrum in both of his shoulders, dislocated a hip, and had a severe concussion from a car injury. He was able to see the change chiropractic care can make from the ground up. He went from having daily migraines and weakness in his arms to being almost symptom free. He then went on to further study fascial and soft tissue therapies. We are very excited to have Dr. Zies on the “A” team here at Delta Chiropractic Center.

What to Expect on Your First Visit to Delta Chiropractic
Don’t worry! From the moment you enter our office, you will be warmly greeted, cared for, and walked through the steps needed to get the quality care you deserve.
All that is required is for you to sign in, complete a small amount of paperwork, and go directly to the consultation and exam. From there we will begin a customized assessment based on your symptoms and concerns. This assessment will allow us to develop a treatment plan specifically tailored to address your unique needs.
